Spencer and Sammi both met after attending the same ministry school after having separately experienced massive pain and trauma in their dating lives.

Spencer and Sammi have invested thousands of hours and dollars into individual counseling, coaching, marriage therapy, books for more than a decade and have now worked with more than 2000 female clients to date but have learned powerful tools and wisdom in emotional health from Holy Spirit to experience radical transformations in their lives and the lives of many others. They love Jesus with everything in them and desire to see christians in whole, connected, emotionally healthy relationships.

Sammi began her consulting business as a result of seeing close friends experience breakthrough in their lives after implementing what she learned. She soon after was immersed in full-time 1-1 consulting charging $200/hour and desired to see an even greater impact. Alive & Free has a team of 30 professionals now that have served more than 2000 christian women.
